JULIET IMBUA FOUNDATION

Our Mission

To restore dignity, inspire hope, and transform the lives of orphans, widows, and vulnerable individuals through compassionate care, sustainable empowerment, and community-based intervention.

Our Vision

To build a compassionate society where no orphan is abandoned, no widow is forgotten, and no vulnerable person is left behind—a society where love, dignity, and opportunity are extended to all, regardless of their circumstance.

WHAT WE DO

At the Juliet Imbua Foundation, our mission is to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity to those who are often forgotten. Through our core programs, we extend compassion and practical help to the most vulnerable among us.

🏡 Orphanage Care

We offer a safe and loving home to orphaned children providing daily meals, access to education, healthcare, and emotional support. Every child deserves a chance to grow in a nurturing environment, and we make that possible.

👩‍👧‍👦 Support for Widows

We stand with widows in their time of need. Through skills training, small business grants, and counseling, we help them regain stability, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

🧥 Outreach to the Vulnerable

Our outreach programs bring food, clothing, and medical aid to the elderly, physically challenged, and others living in remote or underserved areas. No one should feel invisible we make sure they are seen, heard, and helped.

🎓 Educational Assistance

We believe every child deserves an education. That’s why we provide school supplies and learning support to children from impoverished backgrounds so that poverty never blocks the path to their future.

About the Visioneer

Hon. Mrs Juliet Imbua

Recognition and Fulfillment

Juliet Dave Imbua is a woman defined by compassion, purpose, and quiet courage. A graduate of Microbiology from the University of Calabar and a former Councilor for Bendi II Ward in Obanliku Local Government Area (2012–2015), Juliet’s journey into humanitarian service began not in the comfort of city halls, but in the forgotten corners of rural communities—where poverty robs children of childhood, and widows of hope. During her time in local government, she came face-to-face with the raw struggles of the underprivileged. She didn’t just see their pain—she felt it. In 2014, with unwavering conviction and limited resources, she founded the Juliet Imbua Foundation for the Less Privileged. What began as a village-based outreach quickly grew into a symbol of hope for the vulnerable across Cross River State. Today, Juliet’s heart beats through an orphanage she established at House 4, Road 1, Federal Housing Estate, Calabar—a sanctuary where abandoned children find family, and the broken rediscover worth. Her work is not fueled by wealth, but by will—the will to uplift, to protect, and to restore. Married to Professor Dave Imbua, a constant source of strength, Juliet balances family, faith, and philanthropy with grace and resilience.
